When I was young, my family suffered a devastating fire. But the memory I hold from that terrible time is afterward, when I watched my mother sift through the remains of our home searching for any photographs that had survived.
Think about that: She wasn’t searching for the china or the silver. She was searching for the memories.

Images hold the power to bring our memories to life.
Decades later, I feel the truth of that every time I hold a photo of my mother in my hands. She’s gone now, but I can still hear her laugh—loud and boisterous and full-bodied—through these precious images. That’s what photography has the power to do: to take you back to a precise moment in time and relive it.
Today, I dedicate everything I am to serving my couples because I understand the power of emotional, authentic photography. You deserve images that’ll make you feel this moment no matter how much time has passed, and I cannot wait to be the person to help you achieve that.
Photography is in my DNA
My grandmother was a photographer. My mother too. But though I’ve always kept a camera close by, I took a winding route to get here. I didn’t seriously consider it a career until the day my friend needed a second photographer for a wedding. That night, as I was driving home, I was hit with this powerful emotion: I couldn’t wait to do it again.
All the experiences that led me here—math teacher, business owner, photographer—equals expertise to share. It’s turned me into a problem solver, reliable communicator and detailed planner. Plus images that’ll knock your socks off.

A new weekend means a new hike. My family and I love to research new trails and explore new places. I’d love to share some of my favorites with you.
I love to cook and eat healthy. But that doesn’t mean that I won’t go to a restaurant and order one of each dessert to split with my girlfriends.
Social media is not my thing. Instead, find me searching out a genuine experience instead of chasing a fad. I think that shows up in my timeless photography too.
Find me at the movie theater, fingers greasy from popcorn and a bag of M&Ms nearby. I love movies and my tastes range wide, from Caddy Shack to Black Widow. What’s your favorite?
